Our Services

In business, as in life, chaos is hiding in the little things that are ignored. Left unresolved they soon become costly major events.

Project Collaboration

Whatever type of project we undertake it's never about what we achieve, rather,  it's about what we achieve along with the people within the company we're partnering with. Indeed, success has little chance of being achieved unless we manage to successfully co-opt the help and expertise of those we working with. There's no off the shelf blueprint for success, If there was we'd all be using it.

Business is fluid and business processes are now more fluid than ever before. Many of yesterday's business model heroes are now today's failures. Disruptive practices are the norm. Look at the present systems in place and reinvent the same. Just ask UBER, Amazon, Facebook, YouTube, Google, Apple, EasyJet, Patreon and anyone operating  in the world of e-commerce.

All companies set out to achieve success, It begins as the main goal and remains so throughout the lifecycle of the same. But that goal often drifts from its original strategic base because it's constantly under attack from  outside disruptive forces.

We're hired as a resource to not only achieve the initial goal and get it firmly back on track but also to  provide a detailed continuum that will fend off the competition and external disruptive forces. We're not inventing goals that you as a company aren't already trying to achieve, we're establishing agreed upon achievable milestones that need to and, along with your help, make sure that they're met.

It's little of use providing you with a list of problems and strategies that need to be followed if we don't in turn provide and achieve the solutions in collaboration with yourselves. Anyone can point out where a wall is crumbling and why, it's rebuilding it fit for future purpose that counts. Criticizing the previous builder doesn't solve the problem, it just wastes time in effecting the solution.

Unlike most within your company, we have the time to provide a very detailed analysis of key adverse events, processes and procedures that are acting as a drain on your resources and bottom line and then help to provide solutions that busy management teams don't have the time to assess or implement because they're too busy with their the daily everchanging duties.

Business is not a difficult concept to understand, nor is success a hard goal to envision. It's attaining and maintaining success that's the difficult part. What makes a business successful business is the people within it, having a market to sell into and, in this day and age, performing at optimum levels in order to carve-out and dominate a niche trading area in an ever-expanding marketplace that's  populated by an ever expanding competitive base.

The key to any business success is to produce a unique business mode of operandi that ensures that your business carves out its own niche that others find difficult to copy and compete with in a marketplace that you're striving to dominate. Playing catch-up is never a place you want to be.

Whether you're a professional football club selling tickets, a company selling running  shoes,  a car maker, selling your services, running trains or planes. You've only one goal in mind: a successful outcome that puts you ahead of the crowd. That's our goal too.

Every business is fighting for growth. Amazon, Coca Cola, Google, Apple, PayPal, eBay, Boeing, Ford, GEC, et al, all are engaged in a daily struggle to increase growth.

Any consultancy company that advocates that they alone can provide successful solutions that no experienced  management teams has ever thought of before is being disingenuous.  Whilst we're in a company to produce positive results as well as provide successful perpetuating outcomes, we  can't do that without the collaboration, input, experience  and buy-in of your staff. Anyone can offer up a solution to a problem but, as any decent management team will tell you, it's making it work that counts and you can't do that without the buy in of all concerned parties.

In today's ultra-fast-moving business world, where management teams are expected to know every facet of business as well as provide solutions  problems that arise in an ever decreasing time-frame, it's little wonder that certain key events are pushed aside in favour of what's seen as higher priorities, often to the detriment to  the bottom-line.

Our project successes are founded on a collaboration of ideas and helping to provide solutions based on the same. We're not there to criticise or impose unworkable solutions that, if imposed, will never achieve any successful outcomes. We're paid by results.

A Typical Project

The duration of a typical project is calculated and presented at the conclusion of a 3-6 weeks analysis. At that juncture, we'll have formed a pretty good overview of how your company functions and any failings that require solutions. Whilst the analysis is a very detailed snapshot of your business at that moment in time, as the project progresses, more will undoubtedly come to light.

Our analysis findings are not presented as some sort of departmental blame report. That is certainly not the way we operate. We work with your management teams and their staff, not against them. Most key staff will be aware of the problems we highlight and at that stage will have already assisted us in providing swift remedies that can be activated before more rigorous solutions are formulated, signed off and implemented. Respecting your staff and the position they hold is an essential part of that project success equation.

We're hired to assist you in your quest to optimise the management of your key business processes and ensure that they're at the forefront of technological innovation. Which is of the utmost importance if you are to become or maintain being a high performing business. The aim of any project is to align process results with your business goals.

You're striving to create a high performing company that drives substantial bottom-line increases and improves customer satisfaction, that in turn accelerates the company's revenue cycle. It's our job to help you to achieve those goals.

As the name suggests, this type of project is shorter than our normal projects, the usual duration is 12-14 weeks. This type of project came about as a result of requests from SME's and some larger entities that wanted us to concentrate on certain areas of their business such as procurement, plant, transport, deliveries, sales, manufacturing, flow-line activities etc, as opposed to the whole company. Although, due to their success, this type of project invariably morphs into a typical project.

However, to begin with, this types of project is usually division centred or requested when a company needs quick-fire targeted solutions and results.

Dependent upon the size of the task and locations, short projects usually consist of a 4-6 person team who firstly conduct a 2-week analysis overseen by an Analyst.

Short in tenure doesn't in any way mean less thorough. but there's a limit to what can be achieved in a shorter time-frame. However, we still expect to meet all agreed objectives.

As with all of our projects, you'll be able to tap into staff movements and daily progress via our project app and weekly progress meetings. A detailed monthly savings and evaluation progress report is prepared and presented for board-level discussion.

An In-depth Mapped Analysis With Recommended Solutions

This type of short-term project analysis is designed to give a detailed view of any company that culminates with the presentation of a detailed analysis that outlines anomalies that are occurring that can be quickly acted upon by the company themselves or with our assistance. It's designed to immediately alleviate cash-flow and productivity problems and any identified anomalies that are inhibiting company growth and are seen as a drain on the company's operating ability. This is excellent for companies who are consumed by operational day to day overlapping operations and can't afford to take key players of the operations out to perform in-depth analysis of all functions within their operation.

Software Design and Implementation

Our software division came into being as a result of our being asked to automate job-banks and critical work management and planning systems for various railway networks back in the late 90s and continues to this day.

The division has expanded from those humble beginnings. We now provide mobile solutions systems that include: business process management, train operations, transport, plant and all engineering services, construction project management, waste disposal, crime prevention, security services monitoring and control, facilities mgt, marketing control systems through to CRM systems and more.

The operations of the systems may vary but the aim remains the same. To provide mobile collaborative control at every stage of the management process. That not only affords key players real-time access to key processes but also encourages staff collaboration that leads to innovation and constant refinement of the processes and tasks being monitored.

All systems are securely cloud-based and are usually easily integrated with existing company IT platforms.

Analytics

Contrary to popular belief. Data mining and analysis is not new and does not magically hold all of the answers to your business goals and strategic objectives. Much of the data lay in your data banks is of little value to your business. Properly identifying, analysing and making sense your key data sets is what bears fruit, not crunching data for the sake of it.

Whether your data is cloud-based or home-based. Proguide makes sense of the key data sets that are beneficial to your business. We adopt a SMART strategy approach that identifies key data sets and beneficial conclusions.

Coaching

Coaching is undertaken by our senior coaching staff who are well schooled in the art. Strict confidentiality, trust and respect lie at the heart of each session, where the identification of existing paradigms that may be suppressing your leadership and life goals.

Individual cases are never discussed outside of the coaching environment, which includes discussions held between coaches. Sessions are either conducted on a one to one basis or in an executive and management workshop setting that are limited to 6 per group. Whatever the format, agreed objectives need to be met and are met with the help of our coaches.
